Art to HeartWe are a group of students committed to the ideals of service from the heart. Whether playing music/singing for Alzheimer’s patients, crocheting blankets/scarves/booties for elderly and infantile patients at University Hospitals, or making pillows to increase comfort for cardiac surgery and cancer patients, we want to find creative approaches to caring for patients in need. Our organization is for anyone who enjoys the arts & wants to use their passion, curiosity, and talents to care for our community, while giving ourselves a chance to de-stress through serving others.
The mission of Art to Heart is to use our collective artistic talents, curiosity, and passion for creative projects to care for a diverse array of patients in the Cleveland community. We believe in the ability of the arts to make a beneficial impact on overall health, and aim to preserve the arts as not only a hobby, but also as an avenue to bring joy and to serve those around us.
