Group Funding Requests

All CSR student organizations are eligible for funding for up to 3 events per semester. Of note, gift cards cannot be reimbursed. If you need to purchase those for an event, please let the CSR Treasurer, Dana Kong, know in advance. Additionally, in order to receive funding for group events, the event must be open to the student body and advance either the educational or CWRU SOM community. A representative from your organization will fill out the Student Group Event Funding form at least one week in advance of your event. The link can be found on the CSR website under ‘Funding’ or by following this link. A decision on funding approval will be emailed in the following days with further instructions on how to be reimbursed. The base reimbursement rate is $100/event, with $150/event for events with more than 50 participants.
