Greatest Gift, Inc. at CWRUSOM
The purpose of Greatest Gift at CWRUSOM will be to educate future healthcare professionals, as well as the general public, in the processes, issues, myths and career opportunities in the field of organ and tissue donation/transplant.
We offer training sessions, donor drive events, talks from both transplant specialists (surgeons and internists) and transplant patients, and in conjunction with Holden Surgical Society, sponsor a new longitudinal Transplant Elective that explores all aspects of transplants including pre-match testing, organ procurement, pre-op, intra-op, post-op and patient experience.
