Internal Medicine Interest Group (IMIG)

The IMIG offers events for medical students to guide them in their career decision-making through formal and informal interaction with residents, fellows, faculty members and program directors. IMIG events include physician panels, ultrasound workshops, resident buddy programs, and shadowing opportunities with internal medicine residents and attending physicians (including the Chair of Medicine at UH) from many specialties. We also host a yearly match panel with recently matched 4th-year students.
